Home can often be in two states at once and this sign captures how our hearts can be in both states! Personalize the sign with any two connecting states and which cities you'd like the cut out hearts to be located. The words "Home is on both sides of the river" are engraved into the states and then glued to a 11 x 17 inch sign made of rustic wood planks and twine at the top to hang it. The nature of this rustic wood means that each sign is unique as the wood grain does vary.
